The dacha of A. P. Chehov

In 1899, the Tatar Rock was sold in Hurzuf, but for a lot of money - 3,000 rubles. Chekhov arrived in Hurzuf to look at the future acquisition for so much money, but when he went into the courtyard and approached the edge of the bay, he did not even bargain. The owner sold all this beauty together with the house - it was his private property.
